What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of experienced engineers, fostering ownership and collaboration.
• Own the team's execution, priorities, and long-term technical direction.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate customer needs into scalable solutions.
• Drive technical design and architecture decisions while balancing quality and delivery speed.
• Maintain a hands-on approach through code reviews, debugging, and direct contribution when needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing an engineering team.
• Strong software engineering background in Backend or Fullstack development.
• Proven track record of leading meaningful product features from definition to production.
• Deep expertise in System Design and architecture.
• Experience with Cloud environments and modern production systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego approach.
