Talent Partner, Campus (IoT)

Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada — Meadowvale Office (HQ); hybrid role

What you will do

• Build long-term relationships with universities, colleges, and community partners to strengthen the campus talent pipeline.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for interns, co-op students, and early-career candidates.
• Support the conversion of high-performing interns into full-time employees.
• Design and deliver campus recruitment initiatives, including career fairs, information sessions, interviews, office tours, and networking events.
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leaders on hiring goals and workforce plans.
• Strengthen employer branding and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience supporting campus hiring initiatives.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong initiative, organization, customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to travel within Ontario during peak campus recruiting season and attend trade shows and company events.
• A personal vehicle and valid driver's license are considered assets.
