Stores Associate Recruiter / Recruiter - A&F Co. Toronto (Retail)

Location: Remote, based in Toronto, primarily supporting Toronto and occasionally nearby markets; travel in-market and beyond up to 35% of the time. The posting header also lists Vancouver, BC.

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for store management roles from opening through onboarding.
• Develop localized talent attraction strategies for supported markets and build relationships with current and future talent.
• Partner with regional, district, and store managers to align hiring plans, profiles, and talent strategies.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience, evaluate talent, and present candidate feedback and hiring recommendations.
• Use data, customer insights, industry knowledge, and recruitment technology to improve hiring results.
• Train store teams on recruiting initiatives, tools, and processes; support employer branding, analytics, and new store opening projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• At least 1 year of talent acquisition or related experience.
• Experience developing talent acquisition strategies for a specific market and managing the candidate journey end to end.
• Strong networking, talent evaluation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of work with quality and speed while responding positively to change and ambiguity.
• Ability to work remotely from Toronto, travel in-market and beyond up to 35% of the time, and spend time in stores weekly.
