Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid

Salary: $77,868–$88,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and understand business priorities, talent needs, and long-term hiring plans.
• Advise hiring teams using market intelligence, recruitment data, and candidate insights.
• Source, interview, assess, and present qualified candidates for open roles.
• Manage recruitment processes from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Fill critical and high-profile roles while maintaining a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a full-cycle Talent Acquisition role.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday experience is preferred.
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to use data and market insights in hiring decisions.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and assessing, interviewing, and presenting candidates.
• Must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not available.
