What you will do

• Own the complete customer lifecycle, including new logo acquisition, expansion, and renewal.
• Design and build workflow solutions live during discovery sessions with customers.
• Partner with BDRs on target account planning and execute direct outbound outreach.
• Manage commercial sizing, proposal construction, and navigate procurement, legal, and security reviews.
• Guide customers through initial implementation with structured adoption plans.
• Collaborate with Outcomes Architects to drive ongoing multi-workflow expansion.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
• Technical fluency to demo, co-design, and troubleshoot software live in front of customers.
• Strong discovery instincts to map customer workflows into commercial outcomes.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder procurement and security cycles.
• Passion for AI and a habit of building with the latest AI tools.
• Location: Must be based in Paris, France

Nice to have

• Full-cycle B2B software sales or solutions engineering experience with a track record of exceeding quotas.
• Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models.
• Experience selling productivity or collaboration software to mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Experience working within a shared account ownership model.
