What you will do

• Ship product using AI-assisted prototyping and an internal coding agent to move ideas from concept to production faster.
• Contribute to roadmap and prioritization toward the squad’s north star metric.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and marketing to define and deliver solutions.
• Write clear, decision-ready PRDs, using AI to accelerate drafting while owning the core thinking and tradeoffs.
• Use data to inform decisions, maintain dashboard fluency, and run your own analyses.
• Run research and experiments to test hypotheses and iterate quickly.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of product management experience (or equivalent experience driving product decisions and building features).
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in your workflow for research, writing, analysis, prototyping, or shipping (required).
• Comfort using quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions and track progress.
• Strong user empathy and a customer-first mindset.
• Clear communication across functions and levels.
• Ability to occasionally be onsite in San Francisco for meetings and team events.

Nice to have

• Experience in labor marketplaces, healthcare tech, or early-stage startups.
• Experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Replit, v0) to build prototypes or ship production features.
