What you will do

• Lead four teams driving Figma's Code area: Code Context, Design to Code, Code to Design, and Code Platform.
• Set the vision, strategy, and goals for keeping design and code in sync at Figma.
• Own end-to-end Design to Code and Code to Design workflows, including quality measurement and discoverability.
• Guide the development of code-context systems and translation primitives for agentic workflows.
• Manage, hire, and develop a team of Product Managers.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and research leaders to make technical product decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing Product Managers with a track record of developing talent.
• Deep experience shipping developer tools and AI products, including running evals and owning annotation pipelines.
• Experience setting strategy and executing major initiatives in environments with high technical and product ambiguity.
• Proven track record of working with enterprise customers to translate workflows into shipped products.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and written communication skills with significant technical depth.
