What you will do

• Drive the end-to-end lifecycle for AI-first and AI-enabled product features and capabilities.
• Define clear product requirements for AI-powered capabilities and integrations, including evaluation criteria and feedback mechanisms.
• Partner with engineering teams on model evaluation, experimentation, and tuning to assess release readiness.
• Curate and maintain a capability-level AI roadmap, prioritizing improvements that drive quality, trust, and customer value.
• Ensure AI features adhere to responsible AI principles, including traceability, privacy, security, and transparency.
• Communicate priorities, trade-offs, and risks effectively to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience commercially launching AI-driven and data-intensive product capabilities.
• Practical AI fluency, including the ability to experiment directly with AI tools for product prototyping.
• Deep understanding of how modern AI systems and AI Agents behave, improve, and fail.
• Ability to create or curate representative mock or synthetic datasets to support experimentation and validation.
• Experience in metrics-driven delivery, including defining success metrics and using findings for iteration.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior product owners on AI fluency and development practices.
