About the Role

You will own the end-to-end growth motion, including strategy, experimentation, and growth metrics. You will define and optimize the developer growth funnel, identify compounding growth loops, instrument product conversion and drop-off points, run rapid A/B tests, and develop new channels such as SEO, lifecycle, partnerships, and product-led growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product experience
• 2–3+ years of end-to-end growth ownership
• Growth funnel analysis
• Cohort modeling
• Experimentation design
• Channel strategy
• Experience with developer-facing or API-first products
• Web2 or Web3 fluency
• Ability to align engineering, marketing, and sales around a growth motion

Responsibilities

• Own the full growth funnel, including strategy, metrics, acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion
• Identify and build compounding growth loops, including referrals, word of mouth, community, and virality
• Instrument the product to understand developer conversion, drop-off, and growth drivers
• Run a high-velocity experimentation program with A/B tests and hypotheses
• Unlock growth channels including SEO, lifecycle, partnerships, and product-led growth
• Develop growth approaches for AI agents as users of developer platforms
