What you will do

• Develop and deliver training programs for business users on Microsoft Copilot and AI best practices.
• Assess current-state processes to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI-driven improvement.
• Define agent requirements, data sources, and governance models for intelligent workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Finance to implement automation roadmaps.
• Measure and report on productivity gains, ROI, and adoption metrics to leadership.
• Establish a community of practice for AI power users and champions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or digital transformation.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a business analyst, systems analyst, or architect.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
• Solid understanding of data mapping, APIs, and integration technologies.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum work environment.
• Ability to create simple SQL queries.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma or process improvement background.
• Experience with process mapping tools like Miro.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
