What you will do

• Conduct client AI Readiness Assessments to identify high-value automation opportunities and data pipeline gaps.
• Develop detailed 30/60/90-day AI and automation roadmaps for client sign-off.
• Architect solution structures and pipelines, handing them over to engineers and owning the delivery process.
• Lead client enablement and training to evolve their AI maturity from basic search to integrated AI assistants.
• Structure internal data and workflows at hirify.global to scale the AI practice for external clients.
• Define company-wide standards for assessing and delivering AI and automation solutions.

Requirements

• Proven track record in architecture or consulting for data, automation, or AI solutions.
• Ability to translate complex technical pipelines into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in multi-client environments such as MSP, SaaS, or other service-based businesses.
• Strong ability to create structure and strategy within ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in the US (New Jersey hybrid is preferred, but remote is considered).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the modern AI toolchain (Claude, LLM platforms, APIs, n8n, Power Platform).
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure.
• Experience running discovery assessments and building client-facing roadmaps.
