Robotics Process Analyst (RPA)

Location: Flexible hybrid schedule at 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, then at 3 Robert Speck Parkway in Mississauga. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Salary: CAD 90,000–100,000 total annual cash compensation, including base salary and target bonus.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and support scalable RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate Cloud and Desktop.
• Analyze business processes, facilitate process discovery sessions, and identify automation opportunities across multiple lines of business.
• Build reusable automation components, workflows, APIs, web services, and enterprise application interfaces.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve existing automations.
• Participate in automation governance, architecture and design reviews, testing, deployment, documentation, and change management.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports measuring automation effectiveness, operational savings, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in robotic process automation and delivery of multiple end-to-end automation projects.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate Cloud and Desktop.
• Strong programming experience with C#, Visual Basic (.NET), SQL, and relational databases.
• Experience developing and consuming APIs and web services, as well as creating reusable automation frameworks and components.
• Current authorization to work in Canada is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, machine learning, OCR, NLP, text analytics, or intelligent document processing.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, process engineering, business process improvement, or business analysis.
• Experience with enterprise RPA infrastructure, automation governance, or operational frameworks.
• RPA Developer certification from Microsoft, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or an equivalent provider.
