Salary: $90,000–$100,000 (Total annual cash compensation including target bonus).

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement scalable automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate Cloud and Desktop.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and map end-to-end workflows.
• Build and maintain robust integrations between enterprise applications using APIs and web services.
• Create reusable automation frameworks and components to accelerate future development.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automation solutions to ensure performance and reliability.
• Develop KPIs and reporting metrics to measure operational savings and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate Cloud and Desktop.
• Strong programming proficiency in C#, Visual Basic (.NET), and SQL.
• Experience developing and consuming APIs and web services.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, Machine Learning, OCR, or NLP technologies.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
• RPA Developer certification (Microsoft, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere).
• Experience in process engineering or business process improvement.
