What you will do

• Lead end-to-end engineering lifecycle for enterprise AI technologies, ensuring security, scalability, and alignment with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements.
• Design and deploy secure AI solutions and build integrations between enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and automation.
• Establish governance standards for responsible AI adoption, working with Security, Architecture, Legal, Privacy, Data, and Business teams.
• Mentor engineers, define technical standards, and evaluate emerging AI technologies.
• Contribute to the long-term enterprise AI roadmap and continuous improvement of AI platform operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years implementing or supporting enterprise AI, automation, or productivity platforms.
• Hands-on experience with at least two of: Microsoft Copilot (M365/Copilot Studio), Google Gemini, Microsoft Power Platform, Workato.
• Experience designing secure enterprise solutions using Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and implementing security controls (OAuth, RBAC, Conditional Access, DLP).
• Strong experience integrating enterprise applications via APIs, web services, and automation technologies; knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry or Google Vertex AI.
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Bicep) and/or DevOps practices.
• Prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, or agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as GDPR, EU AI Act, DORA, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, or CMMC.
• German language skills.
