What you will do

• Design and deliver AI technology demonstrations, workshops, and prototypes aligned with business outcomes.
• Build rapid prototypes using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform to validate feasibility.
• Assess data readiness, security constraints, and integration options to advise teams on solution approaches.
• Develop reusable enablement assets like starter kits, prompt libraries, and reference architectures.
• Drive AI adoption through targeted training, communication planning, and coaching a network of champions.
• Recommend governance best practices and guardrails to ensure secure and compliant AI usage.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Centennial, CO for a hybrid work schedule (Tue-Thu in office).
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, product delivery, or digital transformation.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and translate needs into actionable plans.
• Ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems while balancing speed, quality, and enterprise constraints.
• In-depth knowledge of workplace AI, modern productivity workflows, and enterprise data protection principles.
