What you will do

• Map and analyze complex business processes to understand current-state workflows, pain points, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Identify, prioritize, and build business cases for high-value AI use cases, assessing impact, feasibility, and value.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to reimagine and design AI-enabled ways of working.
• Design future-state processes and service blueprints that integrate human judgement with AI capabilities.
• Translate strategy into action via process documentation, workflow requirements, and implementation plans.
• Drive adoption of deployed solutions through targeted engagement and change management; quantify and track value, costs, and feasibility.

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, or management consulting, including mapping complex processes and designing effective solutions/improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable working with ambiguity and using data to drive decisions.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into clear structured frameworks, insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Skilled in qualitative research and quantitative analysis, using visualization tools such as Excel and Tableau.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to present and influence senior stakeholders.
