What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce GTM solutions, translating complex business requirements into functional, scalable designs.
• Configure and optimize Salesforce features, workflows, and automation using Agentforce and Salesforce Flow.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from scoping and stakeholder alignment to deployment and support.
• Provide troubleshooting and problem resolution for CRM applications across global teams.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party tools while ensuring data integrity.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen
• Must reside near the Tysons Corner, VA office
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Proven experience designing and building solutions within Sales Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Agentforce, and system integrations.
• Strong ability to produce clear business and technical documentation.
