What you will do
- Analyze customer operational processes and performance data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Translate complex operational insights into structured findings and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with platform specialists to link system behavior with business requirements and operational outcomes.
- Support financial and benefits analysis by quantifying the impact of process improvements.
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and validate findings through workshops and process walkthroughs.
- Contribute to the development of best practices, data models, and reporting frameworks within the Customer Excellence function.
Requirements
- Experience in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role, ideally within SaaS, energy, or operational delivery.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and performance metrics.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into structured, actionable outputs.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience working alongside technical and financial stakeholders.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom to support hybrid working requirements.
