What you will do

• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis for assigned entities and functional areas.
• Manage journal entries, account reconciliations, and payroll-related accounting entries.
• Own the reconciliation of revenue and deferred revenue balances to ensure accuracy.
• Support statutory and external audits by preparing detailed reconciliations and documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and strengthen internal financial controls.
• Collaborate with global Finance colleagues to improve accounting systems and processes.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience in financial reporting, month-end accounting, and reconciliations.
• Proven experience supporting external audit processes.
• Proficiency with accounting systems and financial software.
• Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience in a SaaS or complex commercial environment.
• Experience working within a private equity-backed organization.
• Experience using Sage Intacct or FloQast.
• Experience implementing AI or automation tools to increase reporting efficiency.
