What you will do

• Lead global accounting, controllership, billing, and revenue accounting functions.
• Serve as an executive Section 16 Officer, ensuring financial integrity and SEC compliance.
• Oversee the execution of monthly, quarterly, and fiscal year-end financial close and reporting.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Product executives to build scalable financial infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard assets.
• Mentor and empower a diverse, high-performing finance team.

Requirements

• Executive leadership experience as CAO or Controller within a publicly traded company.
• Deep expertise as a Section 16 Officer with intimate knowledge of SEC regulations and US GAAP.
• Exceptional communication skills for translating complex financial structures into strategic insights.
