What you will do

• Lead month-end, quarter, and year-end closing processes for the group.
• Manage all financial aspects of subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and tax returns for subsidiaries.
• Own the ASC 340-40 framework, including evaluation and capitalization of sales commissions.
• Perform monthly and quarterly analytical reviews to provide business insights and variance analyses.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and AI adoption across scalable accounting operations.

Requirements

• CPA with Big 4 experience, including work with high-tech companies.
• At least 3 years of relevant post-internship experience in a global SaaS company.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting.
• Deep understanding of tax compliance and reporting in a multinational environment.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).

• Experience with NetSuite.
