TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Partner (Medtech): Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for the Acute Care Technology division with an accent on candidate experience and employer branding. Focus on sourcing high-performing talent for exempt and non-exempt roles and optimizing staffing processes.

Location: Onsite in Chelmsford, MA. Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance. No relocation offered.

Salary: $95,000 – $120,000 per year

What you will do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from pre-application and sourcing through to onboarding.
  • Consult with hiring managers to define job requirements and staffing needs for various positions.
  • Champion the employer brand by developing engaging content to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate pre-hire applications, background checks, and the preparation of offer letters.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate reporting dashboards.
  • Build diverse talent pipelines through community services, colleges, and professional agencies.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or Allied Health/Life Sciences.
  • 5-7 years of experience as a high-performing HR representative.
  • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Chelmsford, MA.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10%, including overnight stays.
