What you will do

• Maintain and operate critical security systems, including CCTV, access control, and fire alarms, to ensure full operational readiness.
• Ensure regional compliance with company-wide security standards and all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with external vendors and contractors regarding security maintenance and construction-related activities.
• Conduct safety and security audits, internal investigations, and global risk or threat assessments.
• Manage access badge issuance for new starters and collaborate with the Risk team on background checks for employees and vendors.
• Train security officers on corporate safety procedures and monitor life safety systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with regional or global physical security systems and programs.
• Strong working knowledge of CCTV (e.g., Avigilon), access control (e.g., ProWatch), and alarm systems (e.g., Tyco).
• Fluency in English is required for collaboration with international teams.
• Must have the right to work in the UK or Spain; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a solutions-focused mindset.
