What you will do

• Define and execute a forward-looking HSE strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Promote a high-performance safety culture prioritizing psychological safety and wellbeing.
• Advise executives and regional leaders on HSE risks, trends, and opportunities.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE legislation and regulatory requirements across EMEA.
• Lead enterprise-wide risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate internal and external audit programs and drive system maturity via data-led insights.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HSE leadership experience within large, matrix organizations.
• Proven experience operating across the EMEA region with knowledge of local legislation.
• Expertise in risk management, incident investigation, and HSE management systems.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to align safety outcomes with business performance.
• Relevant qualifications in Health & Safety or Environmental Management.
• Must be authorized to work in Barcelona, Spain, without need for current or future visa sponsorship.
