What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for health and safety queries at office locations.
• Implement and maintain the ISO 45001:2018 management system and deliver the internal audit programme.
• Conduct risk assessments for workplaces, events, and fashion shoots, providing pragmatic advice to stakeholders.
• Manage contractor and supplier activities, including RAMS review, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
• Own the incident reporting and investigation process, conducting root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Drive health and safety culture through the Steering Committee and utilize AI to provide performance insights.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of UK health and safety legislation.
• Experience producing and reviewing risk assessments, method statements, and ISO 45001:2018 certified management systems.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with a high volume of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ergonomics and support for new/expectant mothers or individuals requiring reasonable adjustments.
• A NEBOSH qualification (diploma preferred) and IOSH membership.
