Launch Manager – AI

Location: United States; fully remote

What you will do

• Own and maintain launch plans for AI products, including timelines, owners, dependencies, and lead times.
• Map stakeholders and establish communication cadences across marketing, sales, support, training, solution architecture, and documentation.
• Track go-to-market readiness and proactively follow up on commitments.
• Report launch status, risks, and delivery dates to senior leadership and present readiness in leadership forums.
• Coordinate usability testing and customer feedback sessions with product teams, customers, and solution architects.
• Run launch checklists, go/no-go reviews, and post-launch retrospectives.

Requirements

• Familiarity with AI products and the ability to explain them credibly to different audiences.
• 1–2 years of experience in project or program coordination, product ownership, business operations, launch or event management, internships, or a similar cross-functional role.
• Experience keeping multiple workstreams, owners, and deadlines on track with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, proactive ownership, and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Comfort working with globally distributed teams and strong asynchronous communication skills.
• Upper-hirify.globalte or higher English proficiency and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Exposure to go-to-market, product marketing, or launch and event coordination.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Monday, or similar planning and collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with UCaaS, CCaaS, SaaS products, modern AI concepts, or AI products.
