Project Manager (AI/Low-Code)

Location: Remote within the United States, with occasional travel required for company-wide team events or client meetings.

Salary: $85,000–$115,000 annually, depending on experience; no commission.

What you will do

• Own client relationships and lead project kickoffs, discovery sessions, status meetings, and delivery communications.
• Manage project plans, timelines, resources, scope, budgets, risks, issues, and client satisfaction across concurrent engagements.
• Coordinate Technical Leads, Solution Consultants, and web development resources to deliver Quickbase, Mendix, and technical resource projects.
• Guide clients through complex technology and workflow decisions, including redirecting decisions that may negatively affect project outcomes.
• Maintain project information in Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools and produce bi-weekly status reports.
• Lead retrospectives, remove blockers, and contribute lessons learned to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience in professional services, consulting, or technology delivery.
• Direct experience managing client relationships as the primary client-facing presence for an engagement.
• Experience managing scope, budget, timeline, risks, and delivery expectations on technology projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent delivery tooling.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Agile certification such as CSM or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Quickbase, Mendix, or other low-code/no-code platforms.
