Project Manager II (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of mid-sized customer implementation projects.
• Develop project plans and coordinate cross-functional resources.
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout implementation.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate status meetings and track project health, budgets, and timelines.
• Support security, compliance, process improvement, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience leading customer-facing projects and managing stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies, including communication with technical and business audiences.
• Experience with HR technology or leave management solutions is preferred.

Nice to have

• PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification.
• Experience with HR technology or leave management solutions.
