Project Manager 1 - Events

Location: Remote within the United States only. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Provide consultative services to clients throughout the event project lifecycle.
• Configure and set up events, manage iterative changes, and ensure accurate, timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex software challenges and train clients on product workflows.
• Guide clients toward Product Education and Support resources.
• Coordinate with Account Management on client health and opportunities for additional products and services.
• Help define and implement project management processes, SOPs, systems, and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of client-facing work experience.
• Knowledge of the trade show industry and/or professional associations.
• Strong requirements analysis, technical and business writing, organization, attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects continuously and simultaneously.
• Strong customer service, communication, workload planning, performance monitoring, and analysis skills.
