What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday HCM and related modules.
• Configure and maintain business processes, organizational structures, security roles, and system settings.
• Manage system updates, enhancements, and biannual feature releases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related issues, providing support to HR, managers, and employees.
• Create custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards to optimize data visibility.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans for system changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM.
• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and business process management.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience creating custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Knowledge of Workday security configuration.
