Salary: $161,000 - $189,000 USD

What you will do

• Own the Workday platform roadmap, module adoption strategy, and alignment with twice-yearly release cycles.
• Lead configuration, testing, and deployment across HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, and Adaptive Planning.
• Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and APIs to connect with systems like Greenhouse, CultureAmp, and Pave.
• Optimize business processes, notifications, and the user interface to improve the employee and manager self-service experience.
• Evaluate and implement Workday AI, machine learning, skills intelligence, and Analytics capabilities.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and manage vendor and implementation partner relationships.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive HR technology experience with deep hands-on expertise in Workday configuration.
• Proven expertise across multiple Workday modules (HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, etc.).
• Hands-on experience building integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and APIs.
• Strong command of the Workday security model, business process framework, calculated fields, and advanced reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be based in or relocate to a hub location in the US or Chile.

• Workday certification (Pro or equivalent).
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
