What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert in Workday HCM to design and modify the system for better business alignment.
• Perform Workday administrative functions and maintain a well-controlled production environment.
• Provide end-user support, manage changes, and resolve system issues.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional squad with Product Managers, Architects, and Journey Experts to deliver scalable solutions.
• Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation through configuration and integrations.

Requirements

• Proven experience resolving issues and performing system design and configuration in Workday HCM.
• Ability to gather business requirements and provide functional oversight.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with HR and IT clients.
• Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Katowice office.

Nice to have

• Workday Service Partner or Customer certification (preferably in HCM).
• Experience in Workday delivery, support, or process optimization.
• Proficiency in Workday Reporting.
• General HR functional experience or knowledge of other Workday modules.
