Head of Recruitment

About the role
Adapty is looking for a Head of Recruitment to lead its Talent Acquisition function across the company. Reporting directly to leadership, you’ll manage a team of five recruiters, own executive hiring, and build scalable hiring processes for one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies.
Responsibilities
— Lead end-to-end recruitment across three business units and manage a team of five recruiters.
— Own executive hiring, including VP, Head, and C-level searches.
— Build and standardize hiring infrastructure, including interview scorecards, hiring profiles, and recruitment processes.
— Monitor recruiting performance using metrics such as Time to Offer, funnel conversion, offer acceptance, and retention.
— Provide real-time recruiting insights and reporting to the CEO and leadership team.
— Coach hiring managers and ensure high hiring standards across the organization.
Requirements
— 5+ years of recruitment experience, including 2+ years leading a recruiting team.
— Proven experience hiring VP, Head, and C-level executives.
— Experience designing and improving end-to-end recruitment processes.
— Strong analytical mindset with expertise in recruiting metrics and funnel optimization.
— Experience making hiring and performance decisions within your own team.
— Confidence to challenge hiring managers and senior leadership when supported by data.
