What you will do

• Lead and coach a high-performing team of 9 recruiters to deliver strong results.
• Define and execute the overall recruitment strategy and build scalable infrastructure to improve quality of hire.
• Track and optimize KPIs to sharpen performance and data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to align on priorities and provide talent guidance.
• Enhance employer branding and the candidate experience.
• Personally manage full-cycle recruitment for senior and business-critical positions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading a team of 5+ recruiters.
• Full-cycle expertise in sourcing, selection, and ATS management (Ashby preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding hiring targets in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Strong knowledge of the European Sales and GTM market.
• Analytical mindset for setting and improving recruitment KPIs.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Dutch, French, Spanish, German, or Italian.
