What you will do

• Design and develop modular Java/Spring Boot applications following modern coding standards.
• Collaborate with global development, operations, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and implement optimizations.
• Optimize application deployments, configurations, and resource allocations.
• Coach and guide team members while supporting the onboarding of new hires.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise application development.
• Strong proficiency in Java 11+, Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate.
• Working knowledge of XML, JSON, SOAP, and REST web services.
• Experience with database technologies including Oracle, PL/SQL, and Postgres.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic Linux and scripting skills.
