What you will do

• Develop and deliver product features and updates according to the roadmap.
• Write performant, testable code over the full SDLC using software best practices.
• Design and review feature documents and provide technical specifications.
• Participate in Agile activities including daily meetings, planning, and retrospectives.
• Coach and supervise middle and junior engineers.

Requirements

• In-depth proficiency in Java (defensive programming) and 2+ years of Kotlin experience.
• Hands-on experience with monolith, microservice, and serverless architectural styles.
• Practical experience in writing and performance tuning complex SQL.
• Proficiency in JUnit and Mockito for testing.
• Experience with application deployment tools and cloud infrastructure configuration.
• Must be based in Romania.
