What you will do

• Architect and scale high-performance, distributed microservices in Go for enterprise-grade traffic.
• Design and maintain robust GraphQL and REST APIs to power the UI platform.
• Implement event-driven messaging architectures using Kafka and AWS SQS for asynchronous processing.
• Optimize SQL and NoSQL database performance and data modeling.
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable production-grade code.
• Collaborate with the engineering team in Bucharest to design and deploy features.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building complex backend applications or enterprise software.
• Professional proficiency in Golang or senior-level backend expertise with strong Go fundamentals.
• Experience designing and consuming APIs using GraphQL, REST, or gRPC.
• Proficiency with message brokers like Apache Kafka, AWS SQS, or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL storage systems.
• Familiarity with AWS services (EKS, DynamoDB) and containerized environments.
