What you will do

• Develop and maintain high-quality desktop application components using modern C++.
• Implement scalable multithreading and concurrency solutions to improve system efficiency.
• Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks in complex desktop systems.
• Participate in the refactoring and modernization of legacy codebases.
• Collaborate with architects, QA engineers, and product teams to ensure stable delivery.
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools to accelerate implementation and improve workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in C++ software development.
• Strong expertise in modern C++ standards (C++14/17/20).
• Deep understanding of multithreading, concurrency, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Practical experience with the Qt Framework and desktop application development.
• Experience with Make, Conan, MSVC, and CEF integration.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and workflows.
• Experience working in regulated software environments.
• Technical degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
