Salary: €7,087 – €9,449 per month

What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of engineers in the Managed IaaS domain to foster professional and human growth.
• Oversee operational performance and implement efficiency measures for hybrid cloud services.
• Manage the full HR lifecycle, including staffing, hiring, onboarding, and retention.
• Establish quarterly OKRs and KPIs in collaboration with Product Managers and Domain Architects.
• Facilitate the quarterly PI process and align technical execution with the product strategy.
• Foster a culture of engagement and a mindset focused on delivering customer value.

Requirements

• Experience as an IT Service Manager or similar in complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record in HR management and engineering professional development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without relying on hierarchy.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in The Hague, Netherlands.
