What you will do

• Lead and coach five teams of Control Room Analysts in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Ensure the stability, availability, and security of the global IT landscape through effective monitoring and alert triage.
• Drive the development, innovation, and expansion of monitoring services and capabilities.
• Coordinate incident response activities and mitigate operational risks to minimize business impact.
• Implement monitoring disciplines and improvements using Agile and Lean principles.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Utrecht (NL) on a hybrid basis.
• HBO/WO thinking and working level with at least 5 years of experience in ICT.
• Proven experience in leadership and people management with a coaching style.
• Strong knowledge of operations and monitoring organizations.
• Proficiency in Agile and Lean methodologies.
• Expertise in Cyber Security.
