Total Compensation: $212,750 – $224,250 (Base + Target Bonus).

What you will do

• Oversee the full product development lifecycle for the Kepler Intelligence Platform.
• Transform complex business problems into effective AI prompts and workflows.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior leadership to drive product buy-in.
• Create training materials and presentations to facilitate broad-scale product adoption.
• Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the development process.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management with a track record of shipping impactful products.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience working with AI tools and understanding their practical business limitations.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Must be based in or able to commute to NYC or Philadelphia for hybrid work.
