What you will do

• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Deal Desk to validate ACV and ARR accuracy within Salesforce.com.
• Develop and present compelling renewal proposals and quotes to partners and customers 90-120 days before expiration.
• Manage complex quoting scenarios, including multidate co-terms, true-up calculations, and module upgrades.
• Identify at-risk renewals and implement churn risk mitigation strategies to protect ARR.
• Consult with existing customers to gather feedback for product enhancements and new feature requests.
• Provide high-touch customer service and coordinate the resolution of support escalations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Renewals, Sales Operations, Account Management, or Customer Success.
• Industry background in High Tech, SaaS, or Cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and Salesforce.com/CPQ (SteelBrick).
• Experience with Salesforce report building and Opportunity/Contract management.
• Must be based in Japan.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance workflows and business outcomes.
