Renewals Manager (AI Cybersecurity)

Location: Munich, Germany; required to work from the office 2–3 days per week

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of 150–200 existing customers to secure on-time renewals and improve retention.
• Assess renewal risks with Customer Success and create mitigation plans for uncertain or at-risk deals.
• Identify, develop, and negotiate upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly renewal and expansion forecasts to the Renewal Director.
• Maintain accurate renewal notes in Salesforce and review contract requests.
• Support customers as a commercial resource during renewal proposal calls while continuously developing product knowledge.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Success, Renewals, Project Management, Technical Account Management, Client Service, or Consulting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including communication with senior business professionals across industries.
• Foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts; familiarity with enterprise networking technology is preferred.
• Strong time management, self-motivation, problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to make proactive and independent decisions within appropriate boundaries.
