What you will do

• Lead performance marketing channels including Search, Shopping, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Build growth and automation systems using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and n8n to increase efficiency.
• Analyze campaign KPIs and collaborate with data teams to continuously optimize performance.
• Synthesize complex data into accurate reports with actionable insights.
• Rapidly iterate on ad copy, creative assets, and bidding strategies based on quantitative metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing Google, YouTube, Meta, or TikTok Ads for DTC brands.
• Proven success managing annual advertising budgets exceeding $1M.
• Experience building marketing automation and analytics tools using AI (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, n8n, etc.).
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as SQL, Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, or Google Search Console.
• Strong familiarity with modern attribution platforms like Northbeam, Triple Whale, or Rockerbox.
• Experience designing or interpreting geo-lift and conversion lift studies.
