What you will do

• Identify and create new sales opportunities for hirify.global within the European market.
• Collaborate with Account Executives across Europe to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities.
• Demonstrate the value of the offering through phone calls, emails, and social media channels.
• Undergo world-class internal training and daily coaching to fast-track into Account Executive or Account Manager roles.
• Shadow and assist Account Executives in meetings to acquire advanced consultative sales skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Commercial mindset with previous sales or commercial experience.
• Fluent Flemish and English language proficiency (spoken and written).
• Solution-oriented approach and ability to work in a fast-adapting tech environment.
• Must be based in Antwerp, Belgium.
