What you will do

• Oversee the entire sales process from identifying new opportunities to building long-term relationships with chefs and dealers.
• Organize and lead Individual Cooking Experience (ICE) sessions to showcase the value of hirify.global solutions in professional kitchens.
• Plan and deliver product and sales training for dealers, wholesalers, and partners.
• Provide post-sales user training and act as a trusted point of contact for technical and operational questions.
• Participate in HoReCa trade fairs and local initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
• Analyze and report sales data through the company’s CRM system.

Requirements

• Professional culinary background or experience as a chef (preferred), or experience in other HoReCa/sales roles.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to turn culinary expertise into business opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including occasional overnight stays.
• Ability to work independently within an international team.
• Must be based in or able to work in Antwerp, Belgium.
