What you will do

• Assess and triage new Group Protection claims, identifying necessary evidence.
• Manage claims end-to-end and make fair, accurate decisions on liability.
• Authorize and process claim payments within defined authority levels.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with IFAs, employers, and stakeholders.
• Review medical evidence to determine the next steps in the claims process.
• Support rehabilitation and return-to-work solutions where appropriate.

Requirements

• Experience in claims assessment; experience with Group protection is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make balanced decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage workloads effectively.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and data protection.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Hove, UK.
