Property Desk Adjuster (Insurance)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of domestic and commercial property claims of varying complexity and value.
• Interpret and apply policy cover and terms to determine liability and settlement.
• Investigate property damage from fire, flood, subsidence, and other perils to identify root causes.
• Review contractors' estimates, repair scopes, and technical reports.
• Negotiate fair and cost-effective settlements with all involved parties.
• Identify recovery opportunities and pursue subrogation where appropriate.

Requirements

• Previous insurance claims or loss adjusting experience.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and commercial property claims.
• Excellent investigation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and confidently.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
