What you will do

• Design and manage product initiatives for both Web and App platforms.
• Conduct ongoing research and usability testing to validate design value.
• Lead design reviews and collaborate with Marketing, Copy, Dev, and Creative teams.
• Maintain and evolve the design components library.
• Partner with engineers to ensure seamless transition from design to build.
• Utilize AI tools to increase workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital design (agency and in-house).
• Expert proficiency in Figma, specifically with components.
• Strong mastery of UX, UI, and Information Architecture.
• Proven ability to solve complex User Experience problems.
• Degree in Design, Arts, or Digital Design.
• Must be based in the EEA.
