Salary: 202,500 - 297,000 RUB (Annual gross base)

What you will do

• Develop, test, and verify analog and digital functional blocks including power supplies and MCU/SoC units.
• Analyze application and driver software to ensure hardware-software compatibility in infotainment systems.
• Perform schematic entry, variant management, and system design integration.
• Create technical documentation and measurement reports for hardware projects.
• Conduct technical measurements including EMC and thermal testing on customer sites.
• Collaborate globally with cross-functional teams including software, quality, and manufacturing departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in hardware development and verification.
• Knowledge of hardware and software technology, ideally in the embedded domain.
• Familiarity with schematic/layout tools like Mentor Graphics, SPICE, or Ansys.
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work onsite in the Bucharest office.

Nice to have

• Experience with infotainment or entertainment systems.
• Knowledge of common automotive interfaces (PCIe, UART, TDM, I2C, I2S, USB).
• Basic Linux knowledge and experience with hardware debugging lab tools.
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills.
