TL;DR
Process Enginner (Manufacturing Engineering): Defining and industrializing manufacturing processes, routings, bills of material, standard operating instructions, tooling, and production handovers with an accent on design-to-manufacturing collaboration, configuration management, and shop-floor readiness. Focus on calculating operation times, sequencing technical work, supporting PFMEA/FMEA and capability processes, and driving continuous improvement across production and supply chain interfaces.
Location: Brasov, Romania (30 Hermann). The role includes periodic travel to Germany for training and work transfer during the next two years.

What you will do
- Coordinate collaborative design-to-manufacturing activities and ensure industrial requirements are reflected in product design.
- Define manufacturing processes, technical sequencing, routings, bills of material, standard operating instructions, and operation times.
- Specify and support the creation or modification of jigs, tools, tooling, machines, and other industrial assets.
- Drive production handovers, first installation readiness, shop-floor feedback loops, and resolution of recurring work-preparation issues.
- Support quality activities, including measurement tasks, capability processes, PFMEA/FMEA, and robust and safe operations.
- Evaluate industrial impacts of modifications, support Run@Rate activities, and contribute to continuous improvement, budget preparation, and CAPEX planning.
Requirements
- Professional experience in manufacturing engineering or a related industrial engineering role.
- Experience with manufacturing documentation, routings, bills of material, standard operating instructions, and configuration management.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering, supply chain, production, quality, maintenance, and industrial technology teams.
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements, production schedules, and economic considerations.
- Availability for periodic travel to Germany for training and work transfer during the following two years.
- Commitment to compliance, integrity, and equal-opportunity principles.
